This document aims to provide transparency regarding procedures, links, services, partnerships, financial relationships and everything that involves the Yinflow.Life brand.

A Yinflow.Life is a telehealth platform that connects humanized professionals to patients who require treatment for symptoms of anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, chronic pain, and insomnia.

We operate on a multidisciplinary model, establishing partnerships with doctors and independent therapists who use our platform to coordinate the care of these patients.

Our role is to carry out careful curation to ensure that our patients have access to professionals committed to humanizing care, updated with the latest scientific evidence and able to offer comprehensive treatments, including the use of cannabis-based medications, an approach that is highly valued in the current scenario.

In addition, to facilitate access to and implementation of prescribed treatments, Yinflow.Life offers post-consultation support, makes it possible to schedule psychotherapies online and provides professionals with a set of highly scientifically rigorous tools. These features are designed to maximize the satisfaction and positive outcomes of our patients.

1. About partner doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, and specialists

The health professional who chooses to become a partner of the Yinflow.Life brand must:

1.1 Possess and present the necessary qualifications and qualification to practice their respective professions, as required by laws and regulations in the area, such as diplomas, registration with boards, and certifications specific to medical, psychological, or occupational therapeutic specialties.

1.2
Have relevant experience, knowledge, and/or expertise in the area of mental health and well-being, especially in the treatment of conditions such as anxiety, burnout syndrome, chronic stress, chronic pain, ADHD symptoms, sleep disorders, and depression. The criteria will be evaluated through professional history, academic background, and participation in continuing education programs.

1.3 Commit to constantly updating your knowledge and skills by regularly participating in continuing education courses, conferences, and workshops relevant to your clinical practice.

1.4 Respect and follow professional codes of ethics, such as having high ethical and moral standards in your clinical practice. This includes respect for patient autonomy, personal data, confidentiality, honesty, integrity, and impartiality in clinical decision-making. Treat the patient with respect, dignity and humanity, valuing active listening and empathy above all else.


1.5 Be open and honest with patients about all available treatment options and practice the shared decision with patients, including them in treatment decisions and openly discussing options, including benefits, risks, and alternatives.

1.6 Ensure that all clinical decisions, especially those related to the prescription of medications, in the case of professionals qualified to prescribe or to the choice of treatments, are based on solid scientific evidence and in the best interest of the patient.

1.7 Commit to providing in a clear, objective and easy to understand by laypeople, all relevant information about the medications or products you are prescribing. If doctors choose to prescribe cannabis-based products, they must be well informed about the various options for cannabis-derived products available on the market, including different brands, formulations, and concentrations of active compounds. The prescription of cannabis-based products should not be influenced by any financial or commercial ties with manufacturers or distributors of those products, for this reason, whenever possible and appropriate, you must indicate more than one brand in your prescription, in order to reinforce your impartiality.

The Yinflow.Life brand is committed to:

1.8 Carry out a careful evaluation of partners' professional references, as well as review previous evaluations from patients or co-workers to ensure the quality and reliability of the professionals selected.

1.9 Encourage regular training of doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists and interested parties on what constitutes a conflict of interest and how to avoid it, through the appointment of congresses, lectures and courses.

1.10 Prioritize partnerships with health professionals who are open and committed to following all of the above guidelines.

1.11 Reinforce standards of good practices and conduct of professionals who serve on behalf of Yinflow.Life.

2. About conflicts of interest

2.1 Yinflow.Life does not have or agree to any financial incentives that could lead to conflicts of interest. This includes:

2.1.1 Financial compensation for prescriptions or bonuses based on the choice of certain medications or treatments. This practice is expressly illegal and prohibited.


2.1.2 Receive commissions, bonuses, or gifts from pharmaceutical companies or health product manufacturers in exchange for a preference for certain products.

2.2 The Yinflow.Life brand is also committed to avoiding links with health professionals who:

2.2.1 They hold significant shareholding in healthcare companies, especially those whose products or services they prescribe or recommend to patients.


2.2.2 They accept gifts, gifts, or other forms of gratification offered by pharmaceutical companies, health device manufacturers, or other suppliers in the healthcare industry. These gestures can be interpreted as attempts to influence the clinical decisions of professionals and to compromise their independence.


2.2.3 They don't carefully evaluate potential conflicts of interest before engaging in research or clinical studies funded by the health industries.

2.3 The professional, collaborator, or partner who violates any of the above policies will undergo an internal evaluation to review evidence that indicates the violations. If identified, you will no longer be associated with or provide services for the Yinflow.Life brand.

3. About Yinflow.Life online therapies

3.1 The brand also offers the online therapy service, with the objective of simplifying patients' access to treatments, in accordance with the guidelines of this code of ethics.

3.2 The services are conducted by psychologists and occupational therapists who are duly qualified in their fields.

3.3 Professionals are instructed to provide all relevant information about the tools used to record the insights that will be shared with the patient, ensuring the patient's privacy and consent.

4. About Yinflow.Life post-consultation support

4.1 Yinflow.Life customers will receive support to find the treatments prescribed by the doctor, if they want.

4.2 If the doctor prescribes products derived from cannabis, for example, Yinflow.Life will refer the patient to specialized internal or partner care, in order to provide the necessary support to obtain the indicated treatment.

Is it mandatory to consult before buying cannabis products?

Yes. It is essential to go through a consultation before buying cannabis derivatives or any other type of product or medication. As with any process aimed at the care and treatment of your physical health, in mental health the process is the same.

In addition, the importation of cannabidiol-based products into Brazil can only be carried out with a prescription.

For these two reasons, it is mandatory to have your medical prescription in hand before starting any treatment.
